Education I have a degree in Kinesiology with a Major in French from the University of Calgary completed on academic scholarships (my degree has enabled me to intelligently wrestle a steer in French). I am fluent as I lived in Switzerland for fours years and I make a respectable attempt at Spanish as I spent five months in Guatemala. I continually take courses related to the real estate industry: law, financing, economics, building and construction. I am committed to staying current especially when it comes to technology as related to real estate. I am well versed in electronic communications and the web. |
Personal Interests I have boundless energy (as I have been told many times by my clients) and I channel it through scuba diving, running (I've run a marathon and came in 3 millionth), golfing, swimming, rollerblading, playing billiards, cycling, playing tennis and squash. I have a passion for food and wine. I have completed level 2 of becoming a sommelier (I did it for the free wine and frankly, I don't remember most of it but I had a lot of fun!) I enjoy books, travel photography, music and film. I also have a penchant for architecture, design and interior decorating. I would have liked to be the child of Frank Lloyd Wright and Martha Stewart, but things didn't quite go according to plan... I also have a passion for travel which has taught me many things: an appreciation for architecture and natural beauty, to recognize that great things come in a variety of packages, to trust myself and others when faced with challenging situations and finally to realize that Toronto is a beautiful place to call home.
