Now that the excitement has passed and the dust has settled, Mikkel and I wanted to express our sincere gratitude
for your help in selling our beloved home. 88 Kimberley was a labour
of love for us and we knew we needed someone special to sell the
house. Looking back, we couldn't have been happier with our choice.
Not only were you very consistent in your follow-up calls and e-mails,
but you were also very creative in your marketing tactics. The amount
of traffic that came through our front door was illustrated by the
large stack of business cards that collected on our dining room table,
and also by the multiple offers that came through on the first day
of offers. Not only were we impressed by the multiple offers themselves,
but the amount of the offers was even more impressive, further confirming
our knowledge that we had the right woman for the job! - Jessica - Good morning Audrey, Thank you for everything you did to make the sale end as it did. When I tell people of the price we got compared to what we paid for the house two years ago they cannot believe it. We may have a few other friends that are at that stage in their lives when they've got to think about home ownership and family etc. When they are ready I'll be sure to refer them to you. Keep that insane energy going Audrey and we'll talk to you soon. - Nirupa - When I decided to purchase my first home, I wanted a professional I could trust. Audrey was exactly the person I was looking for. From the moment we began the search, she explained every nuance from legalese to how to read a listing. She quickly understood what I was looking for (even though it was not in her usual neighbourhood). I thought I had found the house I wanted to buy, but Audrey suggested we hold off from making an offer. She advised me that its location could pose problems for resale, it lacked some features I wanted, and she felt that we could do better. She was right! We soon found just the house I was looking for less! Many thanks Audrey for your time, patience and advice. - Harold - Audrey came highly recommended. potential. We got over 97% of asking price in a remote neighborhood
in Mississauga. I was so satisfied that I continue to recommend her
to anyone that needs an agent. Karen and I were finally in a position to purchase our dream home. After months of searching, we saw what we thought
was a great house and told Audrey that we wanted to make an offer.
Audrey said that she was willing to do so however, that we would
first have to sell her on the idea of why we wanted to purchase

and that it didn't really meet our needs, so we waited… We
