I have been a licensed Sales Representative for over 15 years. My business is 99% referral-based which means I do not advertise on bus benches, flyers, and bill boards. My success is solely word of mouth from my satisfied and loyal clients! My achievement awards are a reflection of artfully combining the science of real estate with signature service and the commitment of a professional who really cares. My clients value my in-depth knowledge of the market place, strong negotiating and communication skills, integrity, sound advice, and constant availability. As a listing agent, my use of cutting-edge technology and internet based marketing as established me as an industry leader.

Real estate is my passion: I live, eat and breathe it. I also invest in the market I service. I have renovated and landscaped four of my own homes. These renovations varied in complexity from a building shell and complete reconstruction to renovating kitchens and bathrooms. I currently own income properties and have an in-depth knowledge of the laws and financial implications of this type of investment ownership.
